Bob Wright

William R. (Bob) Wright, Sr. is one of the pioneers in the restoration business, starting in 1978 when fire and water damage restoration was not even recognized as an industry. Bob grew from a janitorial business specializing in VCT floor maintenance and carpet cleaning to a nationally recognized and respected insurance restoration firm. His organization has continued to grow partially due to its uniquely located marketplace, but mostly due to his passion for the business. Southwest Florida is susceptible to tropical storms, warm temperatures, high humidity, and is a favorite for the high-end seasonal housing. Damages resulting from the demands of this environment have resulted in the evolution of a highly tuned business disciplined expert water damage and mold remediation business model with little or no margin of error.

In the year 2000, Bob began acquiring ServiceMaster Clean franchises in Lee and Collier Counties in Florida as part of a plan of continued growth through brand name recognition. In 2003, the entire operation was rolled in to ServiceMaster Clean upon the acquisition of a fourth license. Even though the areas of concentration specified in the licenses are listed in these two counties, the operation continues to serve its large customer base to the south from Key West, Florida to the North of Port Charlotte, Florida.

During the tropical storm season from the middle of June until October, the business routinely makes preliminary commitments to large hotels and resorts as storms threaten. The repeated exercise of dealing with such storms has built a business that:

Is capable of expanding and contracting the size of a well-trained staff to a headcount in excess of several hundred within hours of notice

Has experience in handling large losses and has built good relationships through its long-term dealings with large loss adjusters

Has the ability to mobilize over a large area for extended lengths of time

Maintains a large cache of industry specific equipment and keeps relationships with a network of people nationwide that are capable of supplying enough equipment to even the largest of catastrophes

Is fiscally responsible and is financially strong
